I was out of town two weeks ago and my furnace went out. I have never worked with your company before but I had the best service all while I was 1,000 miles away. The office staff, to the expert and friendly technician, even the owner were all top notch. I worked w everyone to get my heat running just before the temps plummeted, all before I returned home. This is the company we have all been looking for. Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and affordable. Thank you!

What a nice surprise it was to receive your $20 for referring Marilyn J. to your company. Thanks to you, Marilyn and I enjoyed a Chinese meal out – a rare treat these days. We had a delightful time of a luscious meal and fun conversation – thank you very much for your kindness.

If you ever get up on a winter day and the temperature in your home is 54°, this is definitely "the truck" you want to have sitting in your drive. Absolute professionalism with installation and taking care of your customer's comfort. In this case, providing space heaters for warmth. I want to thank you and your crew for the excellent job you did when installing my steam humidifier. You went beyond this service, and again with the installation of my new furnace. (not exactly what I had in mind for this year's Christmas present to myself – but worth every penny!)

We got three bids for our new HVAC and Mountain Air was the lowest.  But I had to wonder what corners might be cut to make that bid so low.  I watched the install (to the point I may have been annoying) and the team did a great job.  Our new Lennox system is cleanly installed, quiet, and works like a champ.
 
I have now recommended your service to two friends, and both are pleased.  It clear Mountain Air is a group of professionals who strive to bring back friendly, quality service that is so lacking in business today.

Dear Mountain Air,

I'm writing this to let you know how much we enjoy our new York furnace and humidifier. We had it installed on the 31st of December during a snow storm.

We are so deeply appreciative of the crew that did the installation. Winn, and Kasey were constantly on the move, striving to get us warm again. Matt explained the terms to us, and left us with no unanswered questions. He was also thoughtful in bringing us space heaters in the interim. These guys deserve a big thanks and recognition for the professionalism and dedication to the task. It is refreshing to see this kind of service these days.
